is a Follow-Up Workshop to the Regional Workshop on Protecting
Minority Rights and Defending Diversity in South Asia, held
in Waduwa, Sri Lanka from 4 – 9 October 2003. It represents
one of the 4 main activities of a project implemented by
the International Centre for Ethnic Studies (ICES) and the
Canadian Human Rights Foundation (CHRF) entitled “Capacity-building
for human rights organisations to promote and defend diversity
in South Asia”. |
